A veteran of the tire and auto service industry, Rick has managed the Appleton East Matthews Tire location since 2001. He enjoys working with customers and the constantly changing nature of the automotive business. Rick and his wife, Mary, live in Greenville. They have two grown children. In his free time Rick enjoys archery, hunting and fishing. He also values time spent with his family and has served as a training assistant with Dale Carnegie leadership seminars in the past.

David joined Matthews Tire as a salesperson in 1988. Making friends and helping people solve their automotive problems is his favorite aspect of his current position as manager of the Appleton West location. David and his wife, Shelly, have two children and live in Grand Chute. He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing and gardening. He is active in his church and sits on the advisory boards of the automotive departments at Neenah High School and Fox Valley Technical College.

Our Fond du Lac manager, Todd has been with Matthews Tire since 1996 and an ASE-certified technician since 2001. He most enjoys taking care of his customers’ automotive needs on a daily basis. Todd and his wife have three boys and live in Malone. He unwinds with fishing, hunting, archery and hockey. He is active in the Blue Line Hockey Club, Lakeshore Bowhunters Club and is on the advisory committee for the automotive technician program at Moraine Park Technical College.

Tom Winninghoff, our Green Bay location manager, has been with Matthews Tire since 2006. Tom enjoys the fact that his job at Matthews, and working with customers, brings something new every day. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin and previously worked for an auto dealership. He lives in Appleton with his wife and daughter. Tom is a member of First United Methodist Church and in his free time enjoys fishing, playing golf and camping.

Craig, our Menasha manager, has been with the company since 1997 and started in sales. He especially looks forward to tackling the challenges and obstacles his job presents every day. For hobbies, Craig likes hunting, fishing, drag racing, off-road trucks and camping. He and his wife have one child and live in Menasha. He is actively involved with his church and serves on the advisory boards of the automotive departments at Neenah High School and Fox Valley Technical College.

Mike has been a manager of the Waupaca Matthews Tire since 2008. He brings a strong background in the automotive repair industry. His favorite aspect of his position at Matthews Tire is meeting new people and encountering something different every single day. In his spare time Mike can be found hunting, fishing, riding his ATV and enjoying all types of sports. He lives in Waupaca with his English Setter, Clancy, and he is active in the Tomorrow River Conservation Club.

With Matthews Tires since 2001, Paul is the manager of the Matthews Commercial Tire Center in Appleton. He is TIA certified and especially enjoys dealing with commercial customers and solving their tire issues. In his free time he can be found boating, snow skiing and hunting. He and his wife, Judy, have two grown children and live in the “beautiful town” (his words) of Freedom. Paul is active with the Fox Valley Home Builders and the Wisconsin Fleet Maintenance Council.
