Pat Duesing

Pat joined the Matthews Tire team in 1989, bringing a wealth of retail experience from his prior work at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In his current position as operations advisor, Pat is responsible for day-to-day operations at all Matthews Tire retail locations. He is passionate about interacting with employees and getting to know many customers at various locations.

Pat and his wife Debbie live in Appleton. They have four children who have all worked for, or are currently working for, Matthews Tire. In his free time, Pat enjoys golfing, hunting and riding his motorcycle.
